How do I book a room?

You can contact us via email or phone to arrange a viewing or to book directly.

A member of the Living@184 team will meet with you and answer any questions you may have.

If you decided that you would like to join us then you can choose an available room and a contract can be issued. 

Once you have paid your admin fee and returned your signed contract the room is then yours for your agreed period.

We also require a full time employed UK guarantor.. 

What happens on move in day?

A move in time will be arranged that is suitable for both parties. 

You will be required to sign the inventory and your personal key card will then be issued. 

An onsite induction into the building will be given to you by a member of our team.

How do I contact you in case of Emergency? 

All emergency information will be given to you during your induction.

What is provided in my flat?

Bedrooms come with double beds, mattresses, desk, chair and wardrobe. 

The shared living areas within the apartments are furnished with seating and a flat screen TV whilst Kitchens are equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer.

How do I connect to the internet?

You will be given the password to the internet when you move into the building. 

How do i Pay my rent?

There are many ways to make your rent payment. You can either pay in full when you move in or by instalments and can use credit card, debit card, standing order, bank transfer or you can pay face to face.

I am an overseas student what options are available to me?

If you are an international student you will be required to pay a final months rent when sign your licence agreement.

Are there any rules for living here?

A member of our team will run through all building rules during your induction.

In general though we ask that you show consideration and general courtesy to those living in your apartment and the building as a whole. Noise also needs to be kept to a minimum during anti-social hours (before 8am and after 11pm)

What are the General Data Protection Regulations used? 

This policy covers the processing of personal data by properties@ Ltd, whose registered address is Four Ashes House, Four Ashes Industrial Estate, Station Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 7DB. Properties@Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related laws, we have a legal duty to protect the personal information we collect from you. GDPR says that ‘personal data’ is any information relating to a living individual who can be identified, either directly or indirectly, from that information. This could include your name, email address, postal address or telephone number, or information collected online and used to identify you.

We have appointed a data protection officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this privacy notice. If you have any comments, concerns or questions, including any requests to exercise your legal rights, you can contact our DPO.
